Current Position : Manager Facilities and Structural Projects.

Responsible For : The management of a team of professionals catering for the needs of a complete Electro-hydraulic test facility. Project managing the introduction of new test facilities and construction of in-house test rig requirements. Supporting the needs of a busy motor vehicle development centre. Also responsible for total departmental budget control.

1996 1999

Position : Manager C.R.E.S.T. (Combined Road & Environment Simulation Test).

Responsible For : The reliable and efficient running of multimillion pound test facility comprising technical problem resolution, dynamic monitoring of vehicles, in addition to the management control of a 6 man team providing 24hr operation.

1994-1996

Position : Project Engineer, Vehicle Simulation Test.

Responsible For : Project management of the design, development and construction of new climatic, and dynamic 4 poster hydraulic simulation facility (MTS RPC3), controlling sourcing of equipment and project budget of over £2 million.

1992-1994

Position : Facility Engineer.

Responsible For : Calibration and maintenance of complete vehicle fuel system test laboratory.

1991-1992

Position : Design Engineer.

Responsible For : Individual engine component design, working on multi-piece cintered camshafts and complex aluminium castings.

Responsible For : Control and running of 3 Mechanical development, 10 Performance development & 2 Combustion research engine test beds. Having technical guidance and man management responsibility for 30 personnel.
